Belly Down Practice
In this 20 minute form practice, work through a progressive sequence of all prone poses. Backbend focus.

In this 45 minute form and flow, embody the qualities of a goddess, strength and grace. Work towards Eka Pada Urdhva Danurasana, one legged upward facing bow pose.
