In this 30 minute form and flow practice, release tension, support circulation, relieve jet leg and ground the nervous system after long periods of travel. Close with Viparita Karani, legs up the wall.

In this form and flow class, Attune to the Moment by creating presence in the mind, fluidity in the breath and connection to the body. Work towards backbends--Urdhva Dhanurasana and Eka Pada Urdhva Dhanurasana.
