26 Pose Form Practice
In this 60 minute class, move through 26 postures and 2 pranayama practices. This class is Bikram yoga inspired and is all form and no flow! Enjoy.

In this 20 minute form class create similar shapes, build your core, open your hips and take flight on your hands in Bakasana, crane pose.

In this 50 minute form, no flow class, move through an intelligent and progressive set sequence of 28 poses focusing on form and alignment. Feel focused, steady, aligned and expansive.
